Overview
The Dedica's main selling point is its width: it fits on crowded counters and in small flats where most espresso machines will not.
It is simple to operate with a few buttons, and it accepts ground coffee or ESE pods, which makes it forgiving for beginners.
Who should skip it
You want silky microfoam for latte art, or you plan to upgrade accessories heavily over time.
What else you will need
- Fresh espresso-grind coffee or ESE pods
- A milk jug for frothing
- Descaling solution
